This place quickly became one of our favorites. It ended up being an unseasonably cool couple days in the Cape, so it was especially nice to have a comfortable, clean house to come back to. We enjoyed the stocked kitchen, and the garage full of all the items you need to enjoy a day at the beach. The bikes made it nice to explore the neighborhood. Seagull beach was beautiful, even on a day when it was too cold to swim. The linens were high quality and the yard had a peaceful feel to it. The screened-in porch made for a relaxing evening. We also appreciated the family games and book selection. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Marlee’s place really sets the standard for Cape Airbnbs. From the contemporary minimalist and cozy decor, to its convenience to all the best food spots and beaches, to the private and peaceful setting, and all the little indoor/outdoor luxuries - it truly is a HAVEN!

She is such a generous, kind, and super responsive host and we will definitely be back!

This was our second year in a row staying at Marlee’s place, and somehow this year was even better than the first. The new outdoor shower was a great addition that we used to wash off after the beach and just for daily showers as well. As we said last year, the location is perfect. Wicked Waves Water Park is within walking distance, and we again visited twice this year. We also enjoyed a bunch of nearby food…Seafood Sam’s, Captain Parker’s, Skipper Restaurant, and Penguins Ice Cream, to name a few. And Seagull Beach is right around the corner. We’ll definitely be back!
